Return Policy for Original Oil Paintings

We take great pride in offering original, one-of-a-kind oil paintings. Due to the unique nature of each artwork, our return policy is as follows:

Final Sale: All original oil paintings are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or there has been an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Artworks: If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [7] days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Cancellation: Orders for original paintings can only be canceled within [24-48] hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are not permitted due to the personalized and irreplaceable nature of the artwork.
Returns: Since each painting is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or not as described.
Shipping & Insurance: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and insurance for returns. We recommend insuring the artwork during return shipping.

Stunning artwork!

I love the magic and beauty captured in these paintings! Absolutely stunning! Also incredibly easy to work with, great communication along the way, and my input was welcome (although I didn’t want to change a thing - everything was perfect!) Most Treasured Piece of Art

This unbelievably beautiful portrait of my children will forever be my most treasured piece of art. The detail and how he captured their faces is incredible. He took a moment in time and memorialized it for me to look on fondly for many years to come.
